I am asked so often now a days if I think the home prices will go any lower, or is now the time to buy. Historically, by the time all the “experts” figure out that real estate prices have hit bottom, the prices start to go up and those great deals start slipping away. If you want to buy a house just to turn around and flip it, now is not the time to buy. But on the other hand, if you want to buy a house and hold on to it for a couple of years, now is the right time to buy. It is truly a buyers market and any home you buy today will be a great investment tomorrow.
